2010 USTA Winter Mixed Doubles

All players that would like to be part of a City of Irvine team, in order to participate in this League need to be member of USTA and register with the City of Irvine.

To register with the City you need the ID'S and enter this

Next step each player need to enter contact information.

• Season: January 9/10/11 ~ March 26/27/28 (7 – 9 Matches typically)
• Must turn at least 18 anytime during 2010
• Maximum players on each team ~ 16

MIXED DOUBLES ARE COMBO-RATED TEAMS  

• 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 & 9.0
• When you add the ratings of the two players together, they can’t add up to more than the rating of the team
• Players playing together may have no more than a difference of 1.0 between their ratings.
• For example… On an 8.0 team, you could have two 4.0s playing together, or a 3.5 with a 4.5 or but NOT a 3.0 with a 5.0 even though that still adds up to 8.0

FORMAT

•  Each Match consists of three individual Mixed Doubles

• Saturday Dec 5 Mandatory Captain’s Meeting ~ 1:00 pm Location TBA
• December 11 - City of Irvine Teams need to have reserved courts slots. 
• Friday Dec 18 ~ Team Information Sheet Due, Team Online, Captain Registered
• Friday Dec 24 ~ Minimum 6 players registered or team is subject to removal from the league
